certain things are not my/our fault and beyond our control. and we have to face the consequences for those stuffs.

why can't you guys just put yourselves into my/our shoes.
is it so difficult to assemble at the foyer?
is it so difficult for you guys to stop playing and pack up and get ready to move down to the foyer?
is it so difficult to come for practices on time?
is it so difficult to listen to instructions?
is it so difficult to just carry down a stand when you have a free hand? and when you're carrying something light on the other hand?
is it so difficult to help others when you have the ability to?
knowing that some of the members are trying their best to bring down as much things as they can.
two hands carrying stands and instruments.
and some of you, having TWO free hands. just pretending to not see anything and not offering help.
where's your initiative?
is it so difficult to just STOP whatever you're doing for one SINGLE minute so that i can make my announcement?
is it so difficult to keep your mouth shut for that single minute?
imagine yourself in my shoes; asking the band to settle down and keep quiet, but everyone just ignores you
giving instructions but nobody cares.
why don't you guys try it.

but HEY. if they don't get the message or instructions, and they don't do as instructed and not arrive on time and all that.

but. can't you guys give some thought about it.
there's a time to have fun and be serious.
there's a time when discipline should be enforced.
the problem on punctuality is getting out of hand.
us as com. members cannot just sit there and do nothing about it right?
giving warnings to you all doesn't work.
and you guys just continue strolling into the band room when you guys know that you all are late.
even to the extent of coming to band 1 hour later than the time you're supposed to arrive.
where's the basic discipline?

i should just stop here.
i can just go on and on and on.
and i feel more pissed as i type on.

took out the plaster and gauze for the wound on my finger.
bad choice.
it got worse today.
carrying stuffs without caring about my finger.
can feel that my skin at that area is super sensitive ah.
the feeling is...*dunno how to put into words*

i get your message ah. but sometimes...certain things cannot be carried out the way you want it to be.
and certain stuffs are just...frustrating ah.
so frustrating until one day you just feel like blowing up or something.
and yeah. some of the things you mentioned are what i believe in all the while. and most of my actions are based on those beliefs.
